We are now at the end of the Shmitta year, and are preparing for the mitzvah of Hakhel during the Sukkot holiday, when everyone congregates wherever they are to read the Zohar, which reveals the light of the entire Torah. For it is known that the word “b’reishit” in Hebrew contains the same letters as “et Rashbi” with stands for “Or Torat Rashbi” – the light of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai’s Torah.

הזוהר הקדוש מקדש את האדם, ומטהר ומזכך את הנשמה!!!

My teachers and rabbis, we are now beginning the year 5776 – which is equal to the numerical value of the words “biat haMashiach” – the arrival of the Mashiach – ביאת המשיח, and “Shuvu banim shovavim” – return, wayward sons – שובו בנים שובבים, and also “Shuvu elai v’ashuva eleichem” – return to Me and I will return to you – שובו אלי ואשובה אליכם.
The time of our Redemption has arrived. All of the signs indicate this. The question is – will it be with mercy, or not???

When we study the Holy Zohar, the merit of Rashbi protects us and it as if we are inside Noah’s Ark that was saved from the Flood outside. And all of those who learn Zohar will be saved from the Flood around them.
And on Mount Zion there shall be a remnant, and it shall be holy” – After the war of Gog and Magog, only the holy ones will remain!!! (Radack)
The holy Zohar sanctifies a person, and purifies and refines his soul!!!
“Whoever shall call in Hashem’s name shall be delivered”!!! The Zohar is called “Hashem’s name” – anyone who studies the Zohar has a chance of surviving!!! Because the Zohar is called “Hashem’s name”!!!

Two thirds of the world will be destroyed during the time of the Redemption, and all of the nations of the world will receive their punishment for tormenting the Jewish nation in Exile.

הסיפור של בעל הסולם זיע"א
בשנים תרע"ז – תרע"ט, לאחר מלחמת העולם הראשונה, רץ כ"ק הגה"ק רבינו יהודה לייב אשלג זצוקלה"ה בעל "הסולם" זי"ע ופנה לגדולי ישראל באירופה, והתחנן בפניהם שיורו לתלמידיהם וחסידיהם ללמוד הזוה"ק, והוכיח הנכתב בספה"ק על החיוב בלימוד הזוה"ק, אך לצערנו דחו תחנוניו בתירוצים למיניהן.. בשנת תרע"ט צעק הגאון הק' הנ"ל שנגזרה הגזירה בשמים!!! והזהיר רבינו מ"העננים השחורים" שעולים על אירופה, ואמר שנותנים לנו 20 שנה לברוח לארץ ישראל ששם לא יהיה חורבן!!! כששמעו זאת החלו לכנות את הגאון הק' הנ"ל "ציוני" ולא התייחסו כל כך לדבריו.
ומאחר שראה שכ"ציוני" (לכאורה, מה שאינו נכון) אין לו יותר שום השפעה על הציבור ללימוד הזוה"ק, החליט לעלות לארץ ישראל, ועשה זאת בשנת תרפ"א!!!
ימי החורף שנת תרפ"א היו ימים קשים לעם ישראל ואז החליט רבינו זצ"ל לעזוב את העיר וורשה מקום מגוריו ולעלות לארץ הקודש, ובאותם ימים הזהיר שוב רבינו זצ"ל שצפוי להתרחש על יהודי אירופה אסון כבד שהתברר לאחר מכן כשואה. ועם ישראל צריך לעלות לארץ הקודש.
Moshe Rabbeinu said to Rashbi – since Jews will taste from the Tree of Life, which is the Zohar, they come out of Exile with mercy!!!
The story of Ba’al HaSulam, may his memory protect us
In the year 5677 – 5679 (1917 – 1919), after the first World War, the holy gaon Rabbi Yehuda Leib Ashlag, blessed be his righteous and holy memory, the author of “HaSulam”, ran to the great rabbis of Europe. He begged them to instruct their students and disciples to study the holy Zohar. And he pointed out that it is written in the holy texts that one is obligated to study the holy Zohar. But unfortunately all his pleading went unheeded due to various excuses…in the year 1919, the holy gaon Ba’al HaSulam cried out that a terrible decree had been proclaimed in Heaven!!! And the rabbi warned abou the “black clouds” raising above Europe. And he said we had only 20 years to escape to the Land of Israel, for there would be no destruction there!!! When they heard this, they began calling that holy gaon “Zionist”, and paid no more attention to his words.
And since he saw they were calling him a “Zionist” (which he actually was not), and that he no was no longer able to influence people to study the Holy Zohar, he decided to immigrate to the Land of Israel. And he did just that in the year 5681 (1921)!!!
The winter of 5681 was very harsh for the Jews, so the rabbi decided to leave his home in Warsaw and immigrate to the Holy Land. At the time, the rabbi once again issued a warning that the Jews of Europe were facing a terrible disaster – which soon after that proved to be the Holocaust. And once again he stated that the Jews should immigrate to the Land of
Israel.
שנה לפני כן בשנת תר"פ קמו הבי"ד עדה החרדית של ירושלים בראשם של הרי"ח זוננפלד זצ"ל ורבני ארץ הקודש וציוו על כל ישראל ללמוד הזוהר 1000 פעמים להביא גאולה ברחמים. וחזרו וקראו על כך בתרפ"א.
בשנת תרצ"א נוסד בראשות הגה"צ רבי יוסף חיים זוננפלד זי"ע מרכז הזוהר העולמי ותיקנו לכל ישראל חוק ולא יעבור את הדף היומי של הזוהר הקדוש.
ואז בגלל שהפסיקו את לימוד הזוהר הקודש ולא שמעו בקול האר"י אשלג (שהיה נשמת האריז"ל) פרצה השואה הנוראה.
בשנת תש"ג ידוע שבאו גם לארץ ישראל הנאצים הארורים ימ"ש, ואמר בעל הסולם את הרשע הזה אי אפשר לנצח את השונא הזה רק אם נתרגם את ספר הזוהר ונדפיס אותו.
וכשיצא הכרך הראשון ננצח את הרשע הארור
וכשיצא הכרך הראשון של זוהר עם פירוש הסולם, היה לרשע מפלה ולא הצליח לבוא לארץ הקודש.
ומאז יצאו גדולי ישראל בקול קורא'ס גדולים לכל בר ישראל לקבוע לימוד של על כל פנים דף היומי של הזוהר הקדוש (תשמ"א, תשס"א ס"ב ס"ד ס"ח, ע"ב ע"ג)
A year earlier, in the year 5680 (1920), the Beis Din of the Eida Chareidi was established in Jerusalem, and headed by Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, blessed be his righteous memory, and other rabbis of the Holy Land. And they instructed all Jews to study the Zohar 1000 times in order to bring about the Redemption with mercy. They issued this request again in 5681.
In the year 5691 (1931) Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, may his memory protect us, established the World Zohar Center, and decreed that every Jew – no matter what his circumstances – must learn a daily page of the Holy Zohar.
And then because they stopped studying the Holy Zohar, and didn’t heed the words of the Rabbi Yehuda Leib Ashlag (who was the soul of the Arizal), the terrible Holocaust began.
It is known that in the year 5703 (1942 – 1942) the evil Nazis reached the Land of Israel, and Baal HaSulam said that such a wicked and hateful force could not be overcome unless the Holy Zohar was translated and printed. He said, “When the first volume is printed, we will defeat the evil Hitler.”
And when the first volume of the Zohar with HaSulam’s commentary was published, the evil Hitler suffered a downfall and was not able to reach the Holy Land.
And ever since then, the great rabbis have issued a cry to every member of the Jewish nation to set assign time for learning at least one page of the Holy Zohar per day (5741, 5761, 5762, 5764, 5768, 5772, 5773).
ראו איך היה בכח לימוד הזוהר הקודש, להציל את עם ישראל מהשואה הנוראה, אם רבני אירופה היו שומעים לזעקתו של בעל הסולם שראה ברוח קודשו, את האיום המתקרב של השואה הנוראה, וזעק שנקח את "התרופה" שיכולה להציל את העם היהודי – לימוד הזוהר הקדוש, אבל לצערינו לא שעו לבקשותיו, והנורא מכל ארע.
הבה, נשמע לעצות חז"ל, נלמד מההיסטוריה הכואבת, ואל נהיה שאננים, ונאמר: "לא ידענו" "לא שמענו", "לנו זה לא יקרה" כי לצערינו, זה כבר קרה!
אנו חייבים להתחזק, ולקחת על עצמינו, כל יהודי ויהודי, נשים וגברים, ואפילו ילדים, קריאה יום יומית של הזוהר הקודש,
וננהג על פי הבטחת גדולי המוקבלים ורשב"י התנא האלוקי, שבזכות הזוהר הקדוש – יצא עם ישראל מן הגלות ברחמים.
צַהַ"ל מִתְכּוֹנְנִים לְהַחְזִיר "מַכָּה שְׁנִיָּה" לְאִירַן עַל יְדֵי צוֹלְלוֹת, זֹּאת אוֹמֶרֶת שֶׁכְּבָר הִשְׁלִימוּ עִם הָעֻבְדָּה, שֶׁתִּהְיֶה זוֹ אִירָן שֶׁתִּתֵּן ח"ו אֶת "הַמַּכָּה הָרִאשׁוֹנָה" – פְּצָצָה גַּרְעִינִית לְיִשְׂרָאֵל [ח"ו], (וְהַצָּבָא מְשַׁעֵר שֶׁזֶּה עָלוּל לִגְבוֹת כְּמִלְיוֹן נֶפֶשׁ רַחֲמָנָא לִיצְלָן).
הַמְּדִינָה כְּבַר הִשְׁלִימָה עִם הַמַּצָּב! אֲנַחְנוּ לומדי הזוהר הקדוש לֹא מַשְׁלִימִים עִם הַמַּצָּב הַזֶּה!
וְנַהֲפוֹךְ הוּא! אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁלְטוּ הַיְהוּדִים הֵמָּה בְּשׂוֹנְאֵיהֶם!
אֲנַחְנוּ נִתֵּן אֶת "הַמַּכָּה הָרִאשׁוֹנָה"!
וְכָךְ נִמְנַע אֶת הָאָסוֹן וּנְקַרֵב אֶת הַגְּאוּלָה בְּחֶסֶד וּבְרַחֲמִים. –
שֶׁלֹּא תַּגִּידוּ לֹא יָדָעְנוּ! שֶׁלֹּא תֹּאמְרוּ לֹא יָכֹלְנוּ!
בְּיָדֵנוּ הַדָּבָר, וְחוֹב קָדוֹשׁ הוּא לָנוּ! מִי לַה' אֵלָי!
עוּרוּ יְשֵׁנִים מִתַּרְדֵּמַתְכֶם! עַם יִשְׂרָאֵל זָקוּק לְהִנָּצֵל מֵהַמַּבּוּל הַנּוֹרָא!
אל תַּגִּידוּ לֹא יָדָעְנוּ! אל תַּגִּידוּ לֹא יָכֹלְנוּ!
Just look at studying the Holy Zohar had the power to save Jews from the devastation of the Holocaust.
For if the rabbis of Europe had only heard the fervent well-documented calls of the “Baal ha’Sulam” from ruach ha’kodesh (Divine inspiration) that a frightening holocaust of massive proportions was on the horizon, they could have taken “the medicine before the sickness”—promising salvation for every Jew through learning the holy Zohar. But alas, to our great sorrow his calls went unheeded, and we all know what happened during those dark days.
Let us listen to the advice of our Sages, and learn from our painful history. We cannot be complacent and say, “We didn’t know”, or “We didn’t hear”, or “It won’t happen to us”, because unfortunately it has already happened!
We all are obligated, every Jew alike, men, women, and even children, to strengthen ourselves by daily reading of the Zohar ha’Kadosh, as commanded by great rabbis—in the light of the promise of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai that in the merit of the Zohar, Israel will depart from exile with mercy.
The IDF, Israel Defence Forces, is currently making strategic plans to fire upon their enemies from their battleships “the Second Blow.” So, in effect, Israel is already conceding that Iran will be the one to deal “the First Blow”—Dropping the atom bomb on Israel, G-d Forbid! Not only that, but the Israeli Forces has estimated a million casualties – May G-d have mercy on us!
The country has already accepted this situation! We who study the Holy Zohar have not accepted this situation!
Just the opposite is true! The Jews will rule over their enemies. We will give the “First blow”!
And so will we prevent a terrible catastrophe, and hasten the coming of the promised Redemption with loving kindness and mercy! For you will never be able to claim that you didn’t know—You will never be able to say that you were incapable of doing anything!
The answer is in our own hands—a sacred and pressing obligation falling on each one of us! Mi l’Shem alei!—Whoever is on G-d’s side, join us!
“Oh, you sleeping ones—Wake up!” Nation of Israel, you stand in dire need of saving yourselves from perishing in a devastating flood! Don’t claim that you didn’t know! Don’t say that you were incapable of doing anything!
מי הבעל הבית האמיתי מי הוא מנהיג העולם?
בשנת תשכ"ז, עת מלחמת "ששת הימים", בימים דאז, יצאו 5 מדינות נגד עם ישראל: מצרים, ירדן, סוריה ולבנון ועירק החליטו להלחם נגדינו, הסכנה היתה גדולה והפחד ממש נורא – שלושה ימים לפני תחילת המלחמה כבר היו סגורים כבישי הגליל מפני פחד האויב, שמא תתקוף לבנון את הצפון. ולא הרשו לנוע בדרכים.
האדמו"ר מוויזניץ ביקש וקיבל רשיון מיוחד להגיע למירון, ואמר: כשאגיע לרבי שמעון אפעל כל מה שצריך. וכך עלה לציון הקדוש של רשב"י. כשנכנס לציון הקדוש לקח ספר הזוהר פתח דף ראשון ואמר: כאן כתוב "ספר הזוהר מהתנא האלוקי רשב"י", ופירש: דאס איז די לעכטיגע ספר "ספר הזוהר" וואס לערנט אונז "מהתנא" געטליכקייט "האלוק" פון וועם? פון רשב"י, [תרגום ללשה"ק: זה הספר המואר (הזוהר) שמלמד אותנו (מהתנא) אלוקות, ממי? מרשב"י]. אח"כ ניגש לציון הקדוש נשק ואמר: כבר ניתקתי כל הקשרים של כל האומות הרוצות להרע לישראל. היאך עשיתי זאת? כי דבקתי בתנא הקדוש רשב"י. וכולנו יודעים על הניסים הגדולים שקרו במלחמה זו.
– יָדוּעַ מַאֲמָר חז"ל (שַׁבָּת דַּף נ"ה עַמּוּד א') אָמְרָה מִדַּת הַדִּין לִפְנֵי הקב"ה, רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם מַה נִשְׁתַּנּוּ אֵלּוּ מֵאֵלּוּ. אָמַר לוֹ הַלָּלוּ צַדִּיקִים גְּמוּרִים וְהַלָּלוּ רְשָׁעִים גְּמוּרִים. אָמְרָה לְפָנָיו, רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם הָיָה בְּיָדָם לִמְחוֹת וְלֹא מִחוּ, ואכמ"ל. – וּלְפִי דִּבְרֵי חז"ל אֵלּוּ הָרַבָּנִים וְהָרָאשֵׁי יְשִׁיבוֹת אֲשֵׁמִים עַל כָּל הַשִּׁשָּׁה מִלְיוֹן יְהוּדִים שֶׁנֶּהֶרְגוּ שֶׁנִּשְׁחֲטוּ עַל קִדּוּשׁ הַשֵּׁם!!! שֶׁהָיָה בְּיָדָם לוֹמַר לַּצִּבּוּר לִלְמֹד זוֹהַר הַקָּדוֹשׁ וְנִתְעַצְּלוּ וְלֹא אָמְרוּ, וְזֶה הָאֱמֶת לַאֲמִתּוֹ, וְכָתַבְתִּי עַל הָעִנְיָן הַזֶּה סֵפֶר שָׁלֵם "מִצְוַת הַתּוֹכָחָה". וכן כתב הגוב"י הגאון רבי מנחם מענכין הלפרין זצ"ל, הָעֲנִיִּים וְהַהֲרוּגִים בִּזְמַן הַגָּלוּת תּוֹבְעִים בְּבֵיִת דִּין שֶׁל מַעְלָה אֶת הַתַּלְמִידֵי חֲכָמִים שֶׁלֹּא לָמְדוּ קַבָּלָה, וּמַעֲנִישִׁים אוֹתָם עַל כָּךְ, וְזֶה לָשׁוֹן בָּעַל הגוב"י עַל עֵץ הַחַיִּים: מִי שֶׁאֵינוֹ לוֹמֵד נִסְתָּר וְחָכְמַת סֵפֶר הַזּוֹהַר תִּסָמַרְנָה שַׂעֲרוֹתָיו וּבְשָׂרוֹ יֵעָשֶׂה חִדּוּדִין חִדּוּדִין בְּהֵעָלוֹתוֹ עַל לִבּוֹ כִּי עַנְיוּתָא דְּיִשְׂרָאֵל, הַגְּזֵרוֹת וְהַמִּלְחָמוֹת המשסות וְהַהַרוּגוֹת הוּא בְּעַצְמוֹ הַגּוֹרֵם לָזֶה, וּבַפָּמַלְיָא שֶׁל מַעְלָה הֶעָנִי יְחַיְּבוּ עַל דַּלּוּתוֹ וְשִׁפְלוּתוֹ, וְהֶהָרוּג עַל הֲרִיגָתוֹ, וְכָל זֶה נִקְרָא חֹטִאים בֵּין אָדָם לַחֲבֵרוֹ, עַל שֶׁיּוֹם הַכִּפּוּרִים אֵין מְכַפֵּר עֲלֵיהֶם, אוֹי לָנוּ מִיּוֹם הַדִּין וְהַתּוֹכֵחָה, עכ"ל. (וּכְמוֹ כֵּן הַיּוֹם יִתְבְּעוּ אֶת כָּל הָאַדְמוֹרִי"ם וְהָרַבָּנִים וְרָאשֵׁי יְשִׁיבוֹת עַל שֶׁלֹּא עָשׂוּ כְּלוּם לְהַצָּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִפְּצָצַת אָטוּם, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב בְּמַסֶּכֶת שַׁבָּת (נ"ה) יַלְקוּט שׁוֹפְטִים, וְעַיֵּן חָפֵץ חַיִּים (בְּמִכְתָּב כ"ה), וז"ל: "עָלָיו לָדַעַת כִּי בְּנַפְשׁוֹ הוּא וְיִתָּבַע ח"ו עַל זֶה").
על כן מוטלת עלינו החובה להזדרז בלימוד הזוהר הקדוש, כי עם ישראל זקוק לישועות גדולות, וכשנדבק בספר הזוהר נמתיק כל חבלי משיח.
לִמּוּד בַּיָּמִים הַקְּדוֹשִׁים אֵלּוּ מְטַהֵר הַגּוּף וְהַנְּשָׁמָה, וּסְגֻלָּתוֹ לְקָרֵב הַגְּאֻלָּה בִּמְהֵרָה בְּיָמֵינוּ אָמֵן.
Who is the real owner and leader of the world?
In the year 5727 (1967), during the Six Day War, five countries attacked Israel: Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq all decided to fight against us. We were in grave danger, and the situation was extremely frightening – three days before the war started roads were already being closed in the Galilee due to fear of the enemy. There was concern that Lebanon might strike from the north. Nobody was permitted to travel on the northern roads.
The Admor of Vishnitz requested and received special permission to go to Meron, and said: “When I reach Rabbi Shimon I will do everything necessary.” And thus, he went to the Rashbi’s tomb. When he entered the holy gravesite he took a book of Zohar and opened to the first page, saying: Here it is written “‘The Book of Zohar from the Divine Tanna Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai’ . And his interpretation was: This enlightening book (the Zohar) with which he (the Tanna) taught us about Divinity, is from whom? From Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai.” And then he approached the holy tomb, kissed it and said: “I have already disengaged of all the countries that seek to harm Israel. How did I do it? Because I cleaved to the holy Tanna Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai.” And we all know about the great miracles that occurred during that war.
Our Sages wrote (Shabbat, 55a): Said the Attribute of Justice before the Holy One, blessed be He, ‘Sovereign of the Universe! Wherein are these different from those?’ ‘Those are completely righteous men, while these are completely wicked,’ replied He. ‘Sovereign of the Universe!’ it continued, ‘they had the power to protest but did not.’
According to our Sages, the rabbis and yeshiva heads were to blame for the six million Jews who were killed and slaughtered for the sanctification of Hashem’s name!!! For it was in their power to tell the people to study the Holy Zohar, but they were lazy and said nothing, and that it the absolute truth. And I have written a whole book about this matter – “Mitvat Tochecha”. And the gaon Rabbi Menachem Macnin Halprin, blessed be his righteous memory, wrote that the poor and the dead during the time of the Exile submit complaints in the Upper Beit Din against the Torah scholars who did not study Kabbala, and the latter are punished for that. Rabbi Halperin writes about Eitz HaChaim: If a person doesn’t study the hidden wisdom of the Book of Zohar, his hair will stand on end and he will get goose bumps when he realizes in his heart that he was the cause of all the poverty in Israel, and the decrees and wars and incitement and deaths. And this is all considered as sinning against one’s fallow man, which is not atoned for on Yom Kippur. Woe to us on this day of judgement and reproof. (Just as today all the Admors and rabbis and yeshiva heads will be held accountable for not doing anything to save Israel from a nuclear attack, as it is written in Masechet Shabbat (55), Yalkut Shoftim, and Ein Chafetz Chaim (in letter 25): “He must know that he is to blame, and he will be charged for that, Heaven forbid.”
Therefore we are obligated to make haste with our study of the Holy Zohar, because the People of Israel are in need of great salvation. And when we adhere to the Holy Zohar we will sweeten the birth pangs of Mashiach.
Study during these holy days purifies both the body and soul, and it is a segula for bringing about the Redemption speedily in our days, amen.

"הוא יקרא בשמי" – זה הזוהר הקדוש שנקרא השם של הקב"ה!!!
ועתה ישראל מה ה' דורש מעמך כי אם תשובה שלמה וקדושה – ולהתחיל ללמוד דף אחד של זוהר הקודש (שלוקח דקה ביום)

About that war it is written (Zacharia 13), “And it shall come to pass throughout all the land, says the Lord, two parts of it shall be cut off. They shall perish, and the third shall remain therein.
And I will bring the third in fire; and I will refine them as one refines silver, and I will test them as one tests gold. He shall call in My name, and I will respond to him. I said, "He is My people"; and he shall say, "The Lord is my God." (See Sanhedrin 111), And “They will be clarified and whitened, and many will be purified, and the wise (those who study the Holy Zohar) will be saved.”
“He will call my Name” – this is the Holy Zohar that is named after the Holy One blessed be He!!!
And now dear Jews, what does Hashem require of your people, other than complete repentance and holiness – and to begin studying one page of the Holy Zohar (which takes one minute a day).
Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai wrote in Tikkunei HaZohar (Tikkun 30, 43, page 8 of the introduction, the Gra): [regarding those who do not study Zohar] Woe to them who cause poverty, war, plunder, death, and loss in the world…they resemble in their action to the people from the generation of Babel who built a tower with its pinnacle in the sky…they occupy themselves with Torah in order to receive rewards and strive to learn more and more, and to be among the heads of yeshivas, and among the judges of the rabbinical courts – so that their name will be known and spoken everywhere. And in their actions they are like the people of the generation of the tower of Babel – they build towers with their tops in the sky, with the main reason for their actions being…. “and let us make ourselves a name”! And see in Tikkunei HaZohar (Tikun 10, and Tikkun 11 page 49, column 1), that those who do not study Torat HaSod, and cause others to also neglect it, are the Erev Rav who will be wiped off the face of the earth and their entry into the World to Come will be prevented [see Tikkunnei Zohar 43, Zohar parshat b’Reishit pages 25-26. For the whole Redemption depends on this, and is being delayed until the Erev Rav is wiped out.] One who does not study this wisdom is like one who lives outside of Israel, and is like one who has no God. (Sur m’Ra v’Aseh Tov)

Woe to them who cause destruction, death, and ruin in the world (Tikkunim 30 and 43).
In Tikkunei HaZohar (Tikun 29, page 103, column 1):
מַעָשֶׂה הָיָה, שֶׁאָדָם אֶחָד חִגֵּר בְּלִי רַגְלַיִם מָצָא שְׁנֵי חֲכָמִים שֶׁלֹּא הָיוּ בְּכָל הַדּוֹר חֲכָמִים כְּמוֹתָם, פָּגַשׁ בָּהֶם אוֹתוֹ חִגֵּר, אָמַר לָהֶם: שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם חֲכָמִים, (שמעתי עליכם שאתם חכמי הדור), לְאָן אַתֶּם הוֹלְכִים? אָמְרוּ לוֹ: לְמָקוֹם פְּלוֹנִי. וְעֶרֶב שַׁבָּת הָיָה. אָמַר לָהֶם: אַף עַל גַּב שֶׁאַתֶּם רוֹכְבִים עַל בְּהֵמוֹת שֶׁרָצוֹת הַרְבֵּה, וַאֲנִי חִגֵּר בְּלִי רַגְלַיִם, אִם אַתֶּם רוֹצִים, אֲנִי אַקְדִּים לְתַקֵּן לָכֶם אֶת הַשַּׁבָּת. תָּמְהוּ. אָמְרוּ לוֹ: וַהֲלֹא אַתָּה חִגֵּר, וְאֵיךְ אַתָּה יָכוֹל לְהַשִּׂיג אֶת הַבְּהֵמוֹת שֶׁרָצוֹת הַרְבֵּה? אָמַר לָהֶם הַשֵּׁם שֶׁל מ"ב אוֹתִיּוֹת וְדִלֵּג לָהֶם ת"ק פַּרְסָה בְּרֶגַע אֶחָד.

מכל זה רואים שאפילו שהיו חכמי הדןר הכי גדולים כיון שלא ידעו בסודות התורה לא יכלו להיכנס לשערי גן עדן וקרא אותם טיפשי הדור. – אוי לה לאותה בושה.

There was once a crippled man who had no legs. He found two sages with wisdom unlike that of anyone else in his generagion. This crippled man encountered them and said to them: “Greetings, Sages (I heard that you are the wise men of the generation). Where are you going?” They answered: “To such and such a place.” It was the Shabbat eve. He said to them, “Even though you are riding on animals that move at a fast pace, and I am crippled with no legs, if you like, I will go on ahead of you to prepare Shabbat for you.” They were surprised. They said to him: “But you are crippled. How can you arrive before the animals that are so fast?” He uttered the Name of 42 letters and in a moment moved ahead of them by 500 parsa [a parsa is a Talmudic distance of about 4.5 kilometers].
The sages arrived at the entrance to a cave, and on their left was a table set with all sorts of delacacies. At the southern end of the table was a candelabra with seven candles in it. And on the western side, between north and south, there was a bed made of silver and gold and precious stones. And there was a chair on the eastern side, with three hundred students sitting at that table. And after everyone ate – with the sages joining them, the man undressed himself from the legless body and dressed himself in a body with a face that radiates like it is written [in the verse from Daniel 12:3]: “And they that are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn the many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” And they opened the book of Kohelet, and they read the verse, “Vanity of vanities, said Kohelet…” etc. And they repeated this several times. The sages said to them: “Didn’t Shlomo write any other verses in Kohelet?” The crippled man they had met on their way brought them inside, and there were seven halls of silver and gold and precious stones. And in one hall there were seven chairs depicting four animals, with a dove made of silver wearing a gold crown on its head. And it was written on the crown that anyone who does not recognize these vanities, he will be like “any outsider who approaches will die”. As soon as the wise sages saw what was written on the crown they stepped back. The crippled man saw this and said to them: “Is it said of you that you are the wise men of the generation? You are nothing but the fools of the generation. And you have not experiences in all of your learning the essence of “For he yearns for Me, and I shall rescue him” or “With length of days I shall satiate him”, in a world where everything is eternal. But the vanities described by Kohelet are the secret of the seven Names, which contain 42 letters, as compared to the seven days of Creation which contained ten utterances and the name Elokim 32 times. And that equals 42, which is the numerical value of the Hebrew word for “heart”, and the words “Elokim haElokim” are written with them, and they are the highest of them. They are the seven letter spelling the word אבגית"ץ which refers to Seraphim and Gomer. And this name has the segula of cloaking the soul when it rises upwards every night to report on a person’s good deeds, before all the destructive angels and all the demons, and all the evil spirits. And with those letters the soul rises upwards, and two letters of each name cover its face, and two letters cover its legs. And two letters carry it upwards. And the same goes for the ruach, and for the nefesh. And there is a 42 letter name in the images of a wax stamp, and a 42 letter name in the image of a king engraved into the stamp. And a 42 letter name in His actual image. The 42 letter name is His image. And in Hebrew it is as follows:
יהו"ה, יו"ד ה"א וא"ו ה"א, יו"ד וא"ו דל"ת, ה"א אל"ף, וא"ו אל"ף וא"ו, ה"א אל"ף, שֵׁם מ"ב שֶׁהוּא הַחוֹתָם הוּא אהי"ה אֲשֶׁר אהי"ה, צִיּוּר מ"ב בְּשַׁעֲוָה זֶה אבגית"ץ
From all of this we learn that even though the men were the wisest sages of their generation, since they didn’t know the secrets of the Torah they were not permitted to pass through the gates of Gan Eden, and they were called “the fools of the generation”. Woe to anyone who experiences such shame.

ומה עבר עלינו לפני זה כמה טילים שלחו על עם ישראל איזה ניסים היו וב"ה על הניסים הגדולים שהיו שם בזכות הרשב"י והזוהר הקדוש כן יעזור ה' הלאה
וּבִזְכוּת זֶה, יִתְקַיְּמוּ דִּבְרֵי הַזּוֹהַר הַקָּדוֹשׁ "בְּסִפְרָא דָּא יִפְקוּן מִגָּלוּתָא", דְּהַיְנוּ, שֶׁרַק בִּגְמַר כָּל הַסֵּפֶר כֻּלּוֹ יָצְאוּ מִן הַגָּלוּת הַקְּטַנָּה שֶׁעָבְרָה עָלֵינוּ, וּכְעֵת נוּכַל לְהָבִין מִזֶּה, שֶׁאִם נְסַּיֵם כֻּלָּנוּ אֶת הַ"זּוֹהַר הַמְחֻלָּק" דְּבַר יוֹם בְּיוֹמוֹ "דַּף הַיּוֹמִי" בְּאַלְפֵי רְבָבוֹת סִיוּמֵי זוֹהַר אָז בְּקָרוֹב מַמָּשׁ נִזְכֶּה לְהַבְטָחַת הָרַשְׁבִּ"י שהזכרנו "וּבְגִין דְעַתִידִין יִשְׂרָאֵל לְמִטְעָם מֵאִילָנָא דְּחַיֵּי דְּאִיהוּ הָאי סֵפֶר הַזֹּהַר יִפְקוּן בֵּיהּ מִן גָלוּתָא בְּרַחֲמֵי".
ועכשיו אני רוצה להכיר טובה בשם כל ישראל להרב ציון שליט"א שזכה לקשר את חלק גדול של עם ישראל לקיים זעקת הרמח"ל בגודל חשיבות של קריאה בזוהר בכל יום, וגם מה שאמר הרמח"ל לתלמידיו לקרוא זוהר ברציפות, ולכבוד זה עשה את האתר זוהר האחדות
Rashbi said, “My sons, study my traits.” Rashi interpreted this to mean, “Study my Torah!!!”
Everyone must take part in the study of the Holy Zohar. And tell others, and inspire others everywhere in the world to study the Holy Zohar.
And thus we will merit the coming Redemption and the arrival of the Mashiach, and the building of the Beit Hamikdash with mercy. Amen, and amen.
The story of what happened on the day we completed studying the entire Holy Zohar
On that very day the “Cast Lead” war ended in Gaza. It was in the month of Tevet, and a million citizens were able to return to their homes, after being in a difficult exile for several weeks.
All that we suffered was that a few rockets were shot at the People of Israel, and there were great miracles, and baruch Hashem for the great miracles we experienced in the merit of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai and the Holy Zohar. May Hashem help us in the future as well.
And in this merit, the words of the Holy Zohar will be fulfilled: “With the book they will come out of Exile”. That is to say that only by completing the entire book will we be redeemed from the little “exiles” we experiences. And now we must understand that if we all can complete the Zohar which has been divided into section, reading each day a page of the “Daily Zohar” – thereby completing the Zohar hundreds of thousands of times – then we will very soon merit the promise made by Rashbi, which we have already mentioned: “Because Israel will one day taste from the Tree of Life, which is this Book of Zohar, they will merit coming out of their Exile with mercy.”

ואחר כך כתוב "הקטון יהיה לאלף והצעיר לגוי עצום אני ה' בעיתה אחישנה", ופירשתי בדרשת שבת תשובה שנה זו שנת תשע"ו, שמי שלומד זוהר הקדוש נקרא צדיק, ועל פי הנ"ל אפשר לקשר בדרך רמז את הפסוק האחרון עם הפסוק הקודם (ישעי' ס, כב) "הקטן יהי' לאלף והצעיר לגוי עצום, אני הוי' בעתה אחישנה", שהנביא הולך ומגלה כאן סוד מתי יהיה זמן הגאולה.
דהנה ענין זה אשר "הקטן יהיה לאלף", הנה אף שהוא כתוב בתורה בפירוש, אבל רק זַכי הראות רואים את זה ולא תמיד אפשר לראות זה בחוש, אבל בנידון דידן אצל לומדי הזוהר הקדוש יכולים כולם לראות בחוש אשר "הקטן יהי' לאלף", שאיש אחד יזכה ליותר זכויות מאלף אנשים ביחד ובדקה אחת, ואז יקיים הקב"ה, אשר זמן הגאולה תהי' לא "בעתה", כי אם באופן של "אחישנה", והגאולה תהי' תיכף ומיד ממש, אמן.

And today there are, baruch Hashem, more than one million Jews who read and learn the Holy Zohar. As it is written in the Haftara for Parshat Ki Tavo: “Your people, all of them righteous”.
And afterwards it is written, “The smallest shall become a thousand and the least a mighty nation; I am the Lord, in its time I will hasten it.” And the prophet goes on to reveal here the great secret of the time of the Redemption.
Regarding the words “when the smallest become a thousand”, even though they are written in the Torah outright, only a few have the merit to actually take notice of the words. And it is not always possible to sense the meaning of the words. But with regard to the topic at hand, those who study the Holy Zohar can all clearly see that “when the smallest become a thousand”, refers to the fact that one man can merit more than what one thousand men merit, together and in just one minute. And then the Holy One, blessed be he, will ensure that the Redemption will not be “in its time”, but rather he will “hasten it”. And the Redemption will occur without delay. Amen.
